Google Launches 7" Android Tablet Computer

Google has just launched the new Nexus 7 tablet computer, a product experts expect to compete against the Apple iPad and, even more so, against Amazon Kindle Fire. It has a 7 inch screen, is built by Asus, run the Android operating system, and will sell for a cheap $199!

The new Google tablet is lighter than the popular Kindle Fire yet features a much better HD screen as well as faster processing speed. Unlike the recently launched Microsoft Surface tab, the Nexus 7 is focused on the "low-end" portable computing market. It is designed much more for content consumption, mainly through the online Google Play media library.
